The History
American PC Solutions, Inc. is a comprehensive computer service company founded in 2001 by Tim Flynn in Morton, IL. His goal was to establish a successful computer service business with a reputation for quality service, value, and integrity in all of its dealings. For the past 13 years he had been president of Benchmark Enterprises in Lake Worth, Florida. Benchmark Enterprises was a successful software development company that became the largest supplier of information and referral software in the country. Tim and his partner sold Benchmark Enterprises in 2000 to a larger software development company. Steve Schafer joined APCS in November 2002. At the time, Steve was attending college studying web technology. In January 2003, APCS acquired office space at 117 N. Main Street in Morton, IL. Steve Schafer became an owning partner on January 1, 2004. APCS quickly outgrew its space at 117 N. Main. In February 2004 APCS relocated its operations at its current 1800 square foot location at 330 S. Main Street in Morton.
